All our Iberian hams have the Calicer PI / 0649/15 certificate, which guarantees the client and the final consumer the commitment of a job well done and the peace of mind of acquiring a product that respects current regulations.
The Calicer certificate is accredited by ENAC (National Accreditation), meeting the requirements of ISO / IEC standard 17065: 2012. This ensures their impartiality and independence to guarantee the customer and the final consumer the commitment of a job well done and the peace of mind of having in front of them a product that respects the defined labeling and quality requirements.
We have the health registration number 10.4706/ZA CE.
The Calicer certificate is governed by a governing body in which the sectors involved are represented, which ensures the impartiality of any decision.
